The seniors meet every Thursday at the Municipal Building from 10 am - 3 pm
10:00 am - Coffee Hour and cards
12:00 - Bag Lunch
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Bingo
** The First Thursday of every month a representative from the Office of the Aging will be at the municipal building from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm to answer any questions from the seniors of Deerfield. **
REMINDER if Whitesboro School is closed due to inclement weather, the senior meetings and scheduled activities are as well

October - November 2025
Our dues donation of $10 were due June 1st.
October 2nd - Bring your own lunch. Business meeting. Followed by cards and bingo. A representative from the Ofiice of the Aging will be at the Municipal Building from 12-1pm
October 9th - October Fest. We will supply the German meats. No cost. There will be a sign-up sheet for anyone wishing to donate other German specialties.
October 16th - Fire Safety Month. Birthdays and Anniversaries Celebration. Bring your own lunch. Followed by cards and bingo.
October 23rd - Pizza and Salad. Cost $3. Followed by cards and bingo. Please sign up if you are coming.
October 31st - Halloween Party with cider and donuts, chips and dips.
A special thank you to all those who donated to the club during August and September. Thank you to those who volunteered to be our cake bakers for October and November. We extend a special thank you to our chef who made us chicken parm and lasagna luncheon!! We really appreciated it.
As we approach the fall season, we know what comes next. So, from now on, if the Whitesboro school district is closed due to inclement weather (snow), we are also.

November 13th - Thanksgiving Luncheon. The cost is $5. Please sign up so we know how much to prepare.
November 20th - Birthday and Anniversary Celebration. Pizza and salad. The cost is $3. Please sign up.
November 27th - NO SENIORS. Happy Thanksgiving!
