Deerfield Youth Program's Winter schedule continues this winter! Candy Bar Bingo was a great success, we thank you ALL for joining us! Come with us to the next event - March 22nd 2026 - Bowling - 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the King Pin Lanes 7157 E Dominick Street in Rome. Please show promptly by 1pm to ensure you get the 2.5 hours of bowling time, depandant upon lane availability. ATV and E-Bike Restrictions:
As a continued reminder, motorized or electric vehicles (4-wheelers and dirt bikes) are NOT allowed on Town roads, property, or trails. As you are well aware, there are local and state laws prohibiting this activity. If you are caught on the roads, property, or trails with a motorized vehicle, the Town will pursue all legal remedies.
NYS Vehicle & Traffice Law, Section 2403:
No person shall operate an ATV on a highway, public property, or private property without permission of the landowner. An ATV is defined as any self-propelled vehicle with two or more wheels to be used primarily for off-highway or in off-road competitions.
NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law Section 114-e, 1242, 1282, and 1284
ATV's include e-bikes with throttles, or without peddles, or is capable of speeds more than 20 mph.
